Product information

We aim to describe and display products as accurately as possible, including whether stock is brand-new or certified refurbished. Colours, images, and specifications are provided by manufacturers or suppliers and may occasionally vary slightly from the product received.

Pricing

Prices are shown in South African Rand and are as displayed on the site at the time of your order.

Cancellations

You may request that an order be cancelled by submitting a request through our Return / Refund Request page and choosing “Order cancellation request.” Submitting a cancellation request does not cancel the order automatically — we review every request and confirm the outcome with you before anything changes on the order.
